• Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). Please email us first to confirm stock.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
